Due to the nature of Fiberglass components, you, the buyer understands that all fiberglass parts may need modifications for correct fitment, and require some prep work before painting.
We strongly recommend you have a highly-skilled, qualified bodyshop or technician to install and paint any parts for the best quality finish.

You, as the buyer, understand that all bodykits, bonnets, spoilers, guards or carbon fiber hoods, are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that the parts are made from 100% fiberglass.

Regulation on aftermarket automotive parts may vary from country to country, state to state. It is the buyers responsibility to check with local authorties before purchasing and/or installing any GT Autostyle product.

The buyer understands that GT Autostyle cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury resulting, directly or indirectly, from installation of any GT Autostyle product.

Do not operate the vehicle over the legal speed limit, or violate any other traffic regulations which may cause accident.

Condition of Sale
All Items are thoroughly inspected before shipping from GT Autostyle, and are shipped in good condition.
All sales are final, and all products sold by GT Autostyle are sold "as is" to the buyer.

Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped by truck freight (within Australia). The shipping times can vary, depending on availability of products and shipping location. In general, most orders arrive no later than 7 days (within Australia). All packages MUST be inspected PRIOR to exceptance from the freight company to make any claims on damages from freight delivery. It is the buyers responsibility for freight claims upon the departure of the order from our facilities.

Returns
Authorisation to return any products to us, must be obtained by the buyer from GT Autostyle in advance, and must be made within three (3) days of receiving the product.

All returned products to GT Autostyle, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and buyer must pay for all shipping and handling fees resulting from return.

All customers returning products will be refunded with a credit note only, redeemable for GT Autostyle products to the same value.
